Nursing:
The BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is a degree designed to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a registered, professional nurse. The curriculum of this degree is typically based upon several concentrations, including physical, biological, and social sciences, as well as a liberal arts component which may be included to help develop the intellectual and social aptitude helpful for a career in nursing. A nurse is a teacher and a care-giver, and therefore behavioral objectives are also typically part of a nursing degree program to help attain these personal characteristics.
